Agree your price and payment schedule.

01

Your goods price

The proposed 7% service fee is buyer-paid. Agree your goods price, any supplier-side charges and the net amount you will receive before accepting an order.

02

Your deposit and balance

Negotiate the deposit, release events, settlement currency, charges and contractual payer before committing stock.

03

The agent commission

The agent’s 2% commission is paid after confirmed safe buyer receipt. This is separate from your supplier payment schedule.

Scope and glossary

Onboarding and verification

A pilot discussion should establish the supplier’s identity, product capabilities, relevant documents, references and payment instructions. Documentary and product checks depend on the specific transaction. This deck is not approval as a supplier.

Deposit and balance payments

The purchase agreement must identify the contractual payer, amount, currency, milestone evidence, acceptance deadline, settlement charges and handling of buyer non-response. Supplier payments are separate from agents’ after-arrival commission.

Agent authority

Define permitted negotiation, document collection, visit arrangements and escalation. Any price, specification or payment change needs the agreed authorised parties. Do not rely on an informal agent promise as a payment guarantee.

Net supplier proceeds

Agree the goods price and any supplier-side charges before the order. CMDT proposes a buyer-paid service fee; this does not establish a final supplier quote or preclude separately agreed transaction charges. Measure actual net receipts and payment timing.

Documents and export roles

Allocate invoice, packing, origin and relevant product/export documents, inspection costs and deadlines to named parties. Domestic and overseas orders should not use an identical checklist automatically. Name any importer and customs specialist where required.

Cancellation and claims

Before stock is committed, agree cancellation costs, partial-delivery treatment, response deadlines and remedies for accepted claims. Insurance, coverage and recovery are transaction-specific, not guaranteed by this introduction.

Payment records and physical goods

A blockchain record cannot decide whether physical goods conform or guarantee recovery of released funds.

Planned AI assistance — not live

We plan to structure buyer requirements, extract quotation details, translate routine messages and flag mismatches between agreed orders and documents. These capabilities are not live. You would review extracted prices, quantities and payment terms before use. AI and agents cannot change your contract without authority, authenticate certificates or guarantee demand or payment.

Pilot terms and responsibilities

No universal deposit, guaranteed payment date or automatic acceptance rule is promised by this deck. Before dispatch, agree who reviews claims, the response deadline and responsibility for product defects or transit damage. Buyer volumes and repeat demand are not guaranteed. Vietnam and international routes remain expansion proposals.
